Lisa's introduction into the mind-body movement began as a student in 2004. Competitive by nature, Lisa has found the noncompetitive spirit of Pilates and yoga to be a journey of inner growth, self-understanding and acceptance. When practicing, Lisa believes the body can do in a session exactly what it should be doing. One accepts without judging. Lisa received her Pilates certification from Indiana University under the direction of Emily Bogard in 2009 and her 200 RYT from Vibe Yoga in 2011.You will find Lisa's classes to be an invigorating blend of creative sequencing designed to challenge the body and lift the spirit. Attention to the "core" is emphasized, but Lisa believes the best core exercise is laughter! Come prepared to breathe deeply, move with purpose, and smile with joy.
Mandy has been a student of Pilates and yoga since 2001. She enjoys the benefits of mind/body exercise through breath, movement, and enhanced body awareness. Mandy's teaching incorporates the Stott Pilates method for core strength and stability as well as better posture.

Yulia preserves the principles of Amrit yoga, developed by yogi Amrit Desai, which is a dynamically active and deeply meditative approach cultivating awareness of the life force energy (prana), which leads to integration and lasting transformation. Yulia helps students reveal a deep connection between body, breath, mind, heart, and spirit. Yulia ends each class with an integrative relaxation of Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) to help students connect with their deep heart’s intensions and prayers. This deeply meditative yoga practice will turn your yoga mat into your refuge.
