Pam says “the people in my classes are awesome, and we are like a family!” Pam is excited to be back to teaching after several years away, and she is happy to report that it’s like she never left! #lovemyymcafamily

Adrienne is an instructor in Water Fitness at the Y (Shallow Water and Deep Water Aqua Fit). Adrienne believes that if you find a workout you enjoy you will find the time to make it a priority. She also feels strongly that our workouts should stimulate our mind and body, and challenge us in a way that will encourage us to be our best selves in order to get the most out of life!
Kim began her journey as a group exercise instructor at the Y by training in-house to teach water fitness classes. Kim says she was trained “by some of the best instructors in the business!” Since then, she has trained to teach Total Body Fitness, Zumba, Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba. She participates regularly in continuing education classes at national fitness conferences.
