Bring a Friend Week
Can't stop telling your friends about how great your Group Exercise class is at the Y? Now is your chance to prove it to them! Join us during our "Bring a Friend" week-long promotional at the Southeast and Northwest branches November 27-December 3. Your friend will be able to join any yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, or group exercise class that is NOT already full.
Participants must visit the Welcome Center to complete a waiver before participating in any Group Exercise class.
