Moms-to-be, join us for Water Mamas in July!
The pool is where a pregnant woman wants to be. This fun aqua workout will tone your body by using the water for resistance and allow for relaxing stretching. Additional benefits: you're weightless when you're in the water, and water workouts help reduce swelling!
Each Friday in July from 4:00-4:45 pm, we will meet at the Southeast Y for a gentle water workout. After our last class on July 26, feel free to join us at Bedrak Cafe for a special "Mom"osa event from 5:00-6:00 pm.
$40 members AND non-members before Mother's Day | $50 members/$60 non-members after Mother's Day
