Parent and Toddler
Parent participation required — structured class. Helps prepare children for Tiny Tumblers class.
Parent participation required — structured class. Helps prepare children for Mini Flippers class.
Children remain in this class until they are fours years of age, unless directed otherwise by their instructor. This class is without parental participation.
Recreational Level 1
This class is for children of all levels between the ages of four and six years of age. Students will be assessed to determine skill level the first week of class. If class numbers are large enough, they will be divided into groups based on skill level. Great class for girls and boys!
Recreational Level 2
(Ages 6-14) — For boys and girls
This class is for children who are six years of age or older. Class assessments will be held during the first week of classes in order to determine the most efficient way to divide groups. Groups will divided by skill level is class is large enough.
Students will work through drill stations focused on tumbling to strengthen skills they need to master individually. A minimum of a round off is needed to register for this class.
This is an intermediate/advanced level tumbling class. Participants must have a strong back handspring — no exceptions. Skills we will focus on (based on preference and level of participants): aerials, back tucks, running, and tumbling up to fulls.
Hot Shots Gymnastics
This class is for preschoolers who are interested in our Level 1 and 2 gymnastics team and want to work toward mastering the skills necessary to be on the team. This class is for advanced students and by invitation only.
Warriors in Training
Movement class for your little warrior! Obstacle courses, agility work, strength building, and timed obstacle course races will help prepare the next generation of Ninja warriors!
Work with groups of athletes working toward the same goal. Whether you are working toward your kip on bars, your back handspring on floor, or a back tuck, our coaches will be there to encourage, spot, and give advice throughout the clinic.
