Personal Training
Having a personal trainer means connecting with a professional who is committed, educated and caring. Your trainer will use a variety of methods to create a program that focuses on meeting your individual lifestyle goals. 

Bioimpedance Analysis
Complete body composition evaluation that includes:

  • Body fat percentage
  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate)
  • Total body water in lbs.
  • Height/Weight
  • Tracking of progress
  • Printout of results

By appointment only: $10

Fitness Testing
Separate testing protocol for ages 15-60 and 60+. Each protocol consists of:

  • Cardiovascular
  • Muscular Strength & Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Fat, BMI, & Circumferences
  • Height & Weight

Partial Fitness Test is available.

Consultation with a Personal Trainer
All YMCA members receive one consultation session with a personal trainer! This gives you an opportunity to learn what a personal trainer can do for you, and can help you decide what kind of Personal Training package is right for you. Sign up at the Welcome Center.
