Adapted Strength & Endurance Training
Participants will work on goal-setting and will have a variety of exercise options available, including the Cybex, dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. The instructor will design an individual program to develop fitness goals identified by the participant and instructor. This course has been created for people who have physical, cognitive, social, and/or emotional disabilities to make a long-term impact on wellness.
Session: August 28-December 18 (no class October 9)
