Adapted Strength & Endurance Training
Participants will receive goal setting and a variety of exercise selection including Cybex, dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. The instructor will design an individual program to develop fitness goals identified by the participant and instructor. This course has been created for people who have physical, cognitive, social, and/or emotional disabilities to make a long term impact on wellness.
