The Northwest YMCA Branch opened in 2013 to expand its reach in the community. The Y is the nation's leading nonprofit for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Located near West Vernal Pike, the Northwest YMCA serves residents throughout Monroe County.

This state-of-the-art facility includes an indoor heated multi-functional pool, wellness center, child watch, teen lounge, gymnasium, and an on-site IU Health Foot and Ankle office.
