CPR & First Aid Training
CPR/AED/First Aid skills are life-saving. Our certified instructors will teach these skills in a supportive and encouraging manner. You will also receive hands-on training which will help you to retain these skills. Certification is for two years. No late admittance. Class starts promptly.
In this American Red Cross lifeguarding course entry-level lifeguard participants will gain the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until emergency medical services (EMS) personnel take over.
This medically accurate instruction series teaches boys and girls how to handle emergencies when caring for young children. Safe Sitters will learn basic life-saving techniques, safety precautions to prevent accidents, how and when to summon help, and tips on basic child care. Class now includes CPR training.
Youth Strength Training
Are you a teen between the ages of 12 and 14 and want to begin an exercise program and learn healthy lifelong habits or enhance your current program? Are you the parent of a teen and interested in introducing them to a healthy, active lifestyle? Our Y.S.T. program is for you!
