*Can be paid over the course of three months. If you train once per week, the package will last for a full three months. If you train more than once per week, the package may not last the full three months. Payments can be adjusted to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly withdrawals at the Welcome Center.


NEW! DOUBLE TRAINING SESSION
Just the plan please! For someone who is highly motivated to workout on their own but wants the guidance of a customized fitness plan to follow—this is the option for you. For $150, meet with a trainer for one thirty-minute session to discuss your fitness goals, then follow up with two one-hour sessions where you will get your exercise plan to take with you.
