This program is designed to get you out the door, putting one foot in front of the other. Whether you are wrapping up or just starting your running/walking journey, this training group is for you. With amazing camaraderie, group motivation, and training consistency, you will find yourself achieving more than you could ever imagine.

Join the Monroe County YMCA Endurance Training Group for fun, safety (in groups), and happiness. Programming is designed to get you to the 5K, 10K, and beyond the start line.
