Do you have an exercise event or personal fitness goal to achieve? Whether you want to set a new personal record, conquer a new distance, or just be healthier and more energetic, this program is designed to get you putting one foot in front of the other.

It doesn’t matter your speed or how fast you can go, putting one foot in front of the other for health and wellness is always more fun with a group! Whether you are wrapping up or just starting your walking/biking/swimming/running journey, this training group is for you.

With amazing camaraderie, group motivation, and training consistency, you can achieve more than you could ever imagine. Join the Monroe County YMCA Endurance Training Group for fun, safety (in groups), and happiness by putting one foot in front of the other.

Summer training includes swim technique improvement in the pool and Saturday bike rides. Rates are $85 per Y member and $250 per non-member.

Introductory meeting: Tuesday, May 14 at 6:00 pm

Days Focus Times
Monday Swim 6:00 pm
Tuesday Walk/Run 6:00-7:30 pm
Thursday Walk/Run 6:00-7:30 pm
Saturday Bike/Walk/Run 8:00 am*

*When weather gets hotter, we will meet at 7:00 am on Saturdays.
