Building Better Balance
September 9-December 4
Building Better Balance is a community-based program that addresses the multiple dimensions that contribute to balance and mobility issues. It is designed to empower people who are prone to falling and/or have a lack of confidence in moving and functioning in many different environments. Those who suffer from Parkinson's Disease, Diabetes, stroke & heart-related diseases, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, MS, and/or cancer will benefit from Building Better Balance.
Benefits Include:
- Increased flexibility and strength
- Exercising in a safe, progressive environment
- Practicing exercises to help improve strength, confidence, and better movement
- Functional assessments to optimize daily physical function and delay the progression of chronic and acute illnesses and disease
Rates are $85 per Y member or $250 per non-member. Registration opens August 1.
