Corporate Challenge: Spring Training

Corporate Challenge Spring Training is a hands-on, no-cost opportunity for local businesses to experience YMCA Corporate Challenge programming. Designed for employee engagement and workplace wellness, this event allows teams to connect, compete, and collaborate in a fun, low-pressure environment. Participants may come and go during the lunch-hour window, making it easy for employees to attend around work schedules.

Spring Training Event Lineup

  1. Step 1: Bring Your Team
    Employees or departments can attend individually or together.
  2. Step 2: Drop In Anytime
    Arrive during the 11:30 am–1:00 pm window.
  3. Step 3: Try Events for Free
    Participate in any or all Spring Training activities.

Spring Training Events

  • Bucket Golf (NEW): Six-hole golf-style challenge using whiffle balls, plastic clubs, and large buckets.
  • Axe Throwing Trios: Teams of three compete with six throws per participant.
  • Giant Pong: Individual competition featuring updated 2026 rules.
  • QB Challenge: Test passing accuracy in a football skills challenge with new formats.
  • Disc Golf Shootout: Accuracy-based individual competition with refreshed rules.
