Y-Fitness for Life                                            
Y-Fitness for Life is an exercise program tailored to your health and personal fitness needs. This program is open to anyone who feels they will benefit from exercise, enjoys exercising in a group setting, and is open to making lifestyle changes. Exercise classes consist of initial monitoring of blood pressure and heart rate, and include a warm-up, flexibility, cardiovascular, and resistance training.

Class Goal:
To provide a supportive social environment in which participants work to improve personal health, manage acute/chronic disease, and establish healthy behaviors in an effort to increase their quality of life through physical activity and education.

Each class is one calendar month, and program registration is required each month. The cost is included in your membership and is $75 for non-members.
