Y-Fitness for Life
Y-Fitness for Life is an exercise program tailored to your health and personal fitness needs. This program is open to anyone who feels they will benefit from exercise, enjoys exercising in a group setting, and is open to making lifestyle changes. Classes include blood pressure & heart rate monitoring, a warm-up, and flexibility, cardiovascular, and resistance training.
To provide a supportive social environment in which participants work to improve personal health, manage acute/chronic disease, and establish healthy behaviors in an effort to increase their quality of life through physical activity and education.
Each class is one calendar month, and program registration is required each month. Y-Fitness for Life is free for Y members. If you are not a Y member, the program fee is $75 per month.
Please note: Y-Fitness for Life classes on Monday and Wednesday evenings (6:00-7:30 pm) will not be held from May 1 through August 17. These Monday and Wednesday evening classes will resume on Monday, August 22.
