Q: Why did Group Ex switch from seven/nine week sessions to monthly schedules?
A: We want to make registration for Group Ex classes more convenient for our members. Going with a monthly schedule gives members the opportunity to auto-enroll in their favorite classes, avoiding the need to register for classes again once a new session begins. For members who like variety and don’t want a seven/nine week session commitment, trying a class for just a month allows the opportunity to decide whether you like it or not without a
long-term commitment.

Q: When will I be charged for my auto-renewal?
A: You will be charged on the first of every month.

Q: Can I cancel the auto-renewal option at any time?
A: You must cancel your auto-renewal by the 25th of the month. If you need to cancel after the 25th, you must get approval from the Fitness Director to get a refund.

Q: Is there a discount for auto-renewing?
A: There is not a discount for auto-renewing; the monthly pricing doesn’t allow for further discounts.

Q: Will my current classes change in price with the new monthly format?
A: Any changes in class prices are very minimal. The monthly schedule cost is lower than the cost of a seven-week session. Monthly pricing was calculated from the seven-week session price.

Q: Can I pick the months I pay for/take a class?
A: Yes, as long as there are open spaces in the class.

Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: You can make up a class within the month it was originally scheduled in.

Q: What happens if I am gone for a week or two in a month?
A: There is flexibility to make up classes within that month. You can double up your classes the week before or after you are gone when space permits.
