Water Classes
Aquatic fitness classes are exercise sessions held in water. They’re designed to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness while using the natural resistance and buoyancy of water. Imagine doing jumping jacks—but in chest-deep water. The water slows your movement and adds resistance, so your muscles work harder while your joints experience less impact. You can make exercises easier or harder depending on speed and effort.
In our water classes, a certified aquatic instructor will lead you through a well-thought-out class focusing on strength, endurance, and flexibility alongside other participants in the pool.
What kind of Water Classes do we offer?
We offer both paid and free shallow water and deep-water classes. In addition, we offer free and paid Arthritis classes. Our water classes are very popular; we suggest you arrive 15 minutes before class starts for our free classes. With our paid classes, your spot is reserved! No need to show up early unless you want to!
