Mental Health & Stress Management Resources
We understand you may be feeling stress, anxiety, and/or fear due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel it too! That's why we've linked to a variety of valuable resources through the CDC, all aimed at helping you get through this difficult time. You'll find tools for individuals, families, first responders, and more.
Beginning July 16, 2022, anyone in the United States can access the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by dialing 988. 988 has been designated as the new three-digit dialing code that will route callers to the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing National Suicide Prevention Lifeline network. The current Lifeline phone number (1-800-273-8255) will remain available to people in emotional distress or suicidal crisis, even after 988 is launched nationally.
