Youth Strength Training
Are you a youth between the ages of 12-14 who wants to begin an exercise program and learn healthy lifelong habits, or enhance your current program? Are you the parent of a youth, interested in introducing them to a healthy, active lifestyle? Our Y.S.T. program is for you!

This one-hour class will include:

  • Instruction on proper usage of an introductory strength training circuit and cardio equipment
  • Information on establishing healthy lifestyle habits
  • Follow-up meeting with a Wellness Supervisor within two weeks of class
  • Ongoing support from a Wellness Supervisor for the length of your membership

Sign up at the Welcome Center.
Meet in Lobby, then proceed to Wellness Center.

The SportWall makes training more fun while delivering a whole new level of skill and conditioning. Using computer game technology, it stimulates play with targets and scoring to improve concentration, placement, speed and agility, all while having fun! Programs available for all ages and levels! An equipment bag can be checked out at the Welcome Center by members age 12 and older. Great fun and fitness for adults, kids, and families! Located in Cardinal Court.
