2017 Fall Endurance Training Program
Wrap-up or jumpstart your fall, end-of-the-year training. Learn or become more efficient and purposeful with each foot in front of the other. Balance nutrition, training, and recovery with your workouts. Make resistance training key to your overall health and wellness. This program is designed to get you out the door on two feet. We will design programming for specific distances (5K, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon) to meet your needs.
Cost: $65 member/$160 non-member
Program runs September 12 - December 17.
Introductory Meeting: Tuesday, September 12 at 6:00 pm in the SE Y Program Room
Discover a healthier you! Enjoy a fun, non-competitive, 5K Run/Walk. Check-in begins at 5:30 pm and the 5K starts at 6:00 pm. Event will run rain or shine. Participants will follow a marked course around the NW YMCA outdoor track. 5K Fridays are FREE and open to the public. Pre-registration is required before each 5K Friday at the Welcome Center.
