Endurance Training

Wrap-up or get started with your end-of-the-year endurance training at the Y! This group focuses on balance training, nutrition, and recovery with your workouts. Group trainers will design programming for specific distances (5k, 10k, half-marathon, marathon), tailored to your personal experience and needs. All levels of experience are welcome, even none at all! Open to ages 16+.

Due to COVID-19, we will meet and plan activites outside the YMCA building. If there is inclement weather, we will most likely not have organized training that day. Check-in will require face coverings to be worn.
