Paid Group Exercise Classes
For an additional fee, we offer a variety of specialty Group Exercise Classes, including Cycling, TRX, Yoga, Aqua Fitness, Pilates, and many, many more.

Benefits of Specialty Group Ex Classes:

Motivation, accountability, and support
Having the support and camaraderie of your fellow small group trainees can be the motivation you need to show up and do your best.

Personal attention
The small number of participants enables the instructor to offer more one-on-one attention, monitor individual progress, and offer personalized support and encouragement.

Setting and reaching goals
The small-group classes allow the instructor to help you set realistic, attainable goals and coach you to success.

Your spot is reserved
Your spot is always waiting for you after you register for a paid class. We set a limit on the number of class participants, so there's no need to show up early to get a spot.
