60 Minute Cycling
Are you ready for it? Join us for an hour-long cycle journey designed to offer intervals of higher intensity and longer duration. WARNING: You WILL sweat!
Short on time, but craving a heart pumping workout? Cycle Express offers 30 minutes of steep climbs, winding roads, and all-out sprints. Increase your focus, boost your metabolism, and decrease your stress with this short, but effective, workout!
Indoor cycling at its finest! Join the ride and stay fit. Instructors lead you through exciting courses and the intensity is up to you. Choose your ride.
Gentle Total Body Strength
A well-rounded strength and flexibility workout using the Total Gym exercise equipment. Special attention to posture and stability while working with slow, controlled movements.
A unique class that captures all of the elements of competitive, on-water rowing, creating a class that is fast-paced and engaging from the first minute. No previous rowing experience necessary.

Nutrition and Fitness
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned vet, Nutrition and Fitness is here to hold you accountable and motivate you on your fitness journey. Participants will keep food journals, learn useful nutritional information, and engage in high-intensity training using body weight, free-weights, battle ropes, TRX, and more.
Class is limited to 10 participants.
Prime Time Plus
This is a multi-exercise approach to physical fitness. Class components include strength and flexibility exercises, aerobics, and resistance training. Benefits include increased flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Are you ready to rumble? This cardio-focused mixed martial arts class has been adapted to the group exercise environment, bringing techniques that are safe, effective, and fun! The Rumble Stick creates a higher degree of training and is used as an extension of your body enhancing spatial awareness and overall movement. No martial arts experience required.
Total Body Strength
These classes are designed for time-efficient, yet effective, full-body workouts including unique core and stretching exercises designed to achieve each participant's individual health and fitness objectives. The Total Body Gym uses the body weight as the single constant resistance. It incorporates a complete series of resistance training exercises for each major muscle.
Tread n Shed
Get out of the boring treadmill routine! Great cardio workout with intervals that push your limits in speed and endurance. Treadmills are reserved for this class.
