Free Group Exercise (Group Ex) Classes 
The Y has a wide range of "Included in Membership" classes that are free for Y members. Registration is not required, but you must arrive 15 minutes before class to reserve your spot. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some have maximum capacities due to space, available equipment, and safety needs.
