Registration is not required, but you must arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class to reserve your spot. Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Some have maximum capacities due to space and safety needs.

Cardio Classes Included in Your Membership
You’ve seen it on TV – now experience it live! A rich variety of intense routines from cardio to resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work and more. Using the science of muscle confusion™, P90X constantly switches things up to help you bust through plateaus. Modifications are offered so people at any level can participate. Workouts led by a certified P90X instructor.
Total body challenge consisting of a series of continuous cardio and weight training exercises.
A high-intensity interval class that will get your heart pumping!
Cardio Conditioning is a fast paced class that uses drills and circuits to keep the heart rate elevated with cardio work and strength sets mixed with brief periods of rest.
HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training
Open to all levels from beginners to the experienced. This class involves repeated bouts of high intensity efforts followed by varied recovery times. Participants will be lead through a series of strength and cardio exercises that will keep your heart rat up allowing you to burn a ton of calories!
A cardio-based total body conditioning program packed with plyometric drills, intervals for power and strength, as well as resistance moves. Core training techniques are also incorporated.

Cycle and Circuit
Cycle and Circuit is 60 minutes of fast-paced strength and cardio! Start out with 30 minutes of a strength circuit that will use different formats from week to week, including rowing, TRX, BOSU, dumbbells, and kettlebells. A 30-minute indoor cycle workout follows for your active cardio. This class is adaptable for most levels of fitness with modifications to meet where you are in your fitness journey.

Dance Classes Included in Your Membership
Zumba Fitness is like no other workout you will ever experience! it is inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba, and merengue music. People of all ages are falling in love with its infectious music, easy-to-follow dance moves, and body-toning benefits, Join the party!
Zumba Gold is an international music and class dance-based program for individuals for whom traditional Zumba is not a good fit. Designed for cognitive sharpness, this class provides a fun approach to cardio exercise without impact. The Zumba party is getting bigger!
Mind and Body Classes Included in Your Membership
Set to great music, this high energy, low impact class is a sequence of challenging exercises that strengthen and tone the thighs, seat, arms, and abs for a total body workout! Based on the principles of Pilates, ballet, and athletic conditioning. Barre is a system of movement, designed to create long, lean muscles and an overall balanced body.
Core Flow Yoga
Core Flow is an energizing vinyasa-style class that builds strength while tapping into the rhythm of the breath. This yoga class focuses on core strength, balance, and movement. Enjoy the physical challenge while receiving all the calming benefits of yoga.
This class focuses on meditative movement and stretching as well as traditional yoga postures and vinyasas (flows). The class will also incorporate pranayama (breathwork) and mindful relaxation. Prepare to be soothed and centered!
Power Flow Yoga
An athletic style class with an approach that is both physically and mentally challenging. Participants flow through a series of rigorous standing, seated, and reclining postures transitioning from one to the another to build strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
Sitting Fit with Yoga
If getting down and up off the floor challenges you, then try this class. Experience all the benefits of yoga while seated in a chair.
Tai Chi for Arthritis
Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program is a fun, joint-friendly, recreational program led by specially certified instructors designed to make a positive impact on your daily life. Participants learn a series of graceful, flowing movements adapted from the ancient Chinese discipline of Sun-style Tai Chi, plus special warm-up, cool-down, and breathing techniques.
Strength Classes Included in Your Membership
Class includes a warm-up, 15 minutes of high-intensity cardio, 15 minutes of strength training targeting a variety of muscle groups, and 15 minutes of core flow work, followed by cool down/stretching for a 55 minutes total body workout.

30 exercises in 30 minutes! Featuring mixed intervals of aerobic conditioning and muscle strengthening, this 30 minute class uses dynamic moves and fun circuits to improve your overall fitness.
The class focuses on training balance, enhancing flexibility, and building strength. Challenge your large and small muscles with strength exercises on and off the BOSU. All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be tailored to your needs and abilities.
A land exercise class that promotes health through increasing strength, flexibility, and balance. A great class to build bone strength.
A unique choreographed class designed to build strength and gain flexibility. The moves, which are inspired by yoga and Pilates, fit perfectly together with upbeat music, making it fun and challenging. It's about energy, power, and rhythm. Yoga mats recommended. Please bring your own.
Posture and Balance with Pilates
Classes sequentially introduce the basic Pilates and Yoga repertoire. This instructional format serves as a building block to Mat Pilates, and also offers an excellent ongoing practice of the fundamental Pilates and Yoga exercises.
Strength training is recommend to help keep muscles toned and bones dense. Instructors will use equipment such as body bards, hand weights, and stability balls to create a variety of workouts. This strength class will use exercises that are functionally appropriate for all and will create an overall toning experience for the entire body.
Combining the disciplines of both yoga and Pilates together in a playful approach that addresses the whole body.
You asked for it, so here it is! Come spend 30 minutes after your morning workout to stretch your muscles. Flexibility training is often neglected, but so important to optimize sports performance and day-to-day activities and to prevent injury. This class is appropriate for all levels and will teach you easy exercises that you can do on your own.
Water Classes Included in Your Membership
30 Minute Water Running
This class incorporates running in intervals (uphill, downhill and the flats) as well as speed drills. Flotation belts are utilized.
For those seeking a challenging and intense water workout. Expect to work hard with this interval training and cardio mix class.
Aqua Fit Deep Water
Take your workout up a notch with this interval based class that will get your heart pumping! Expect to work hard as you get a great cardio workout all while toning muscles and avoiding impact. Belts are provided, but you need to feel comfortable in deep water.
Aqua Fit Light & Easy Shallow Water
A gentle water exercise class using movements to build balance, strength, increase flexibility and range of motion, and increase cardiovascular fitness.
Aqua Strength & Conditioning
A class that emphasizes strength and endurance using resistance training while in the water. Running, finning, treading, swimming, kickboxing, and other traditional water moves will be used to improve aerobic capacity, core strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
Arthritis Aquatics Basic
Range of motion exercises for each major body part. Exercises improve flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, joint nutrition, and performance of daily activities. Instructors are certified by the Arthritis Foundation.
Arthritis Aquatics Plus
Includes exercises and activities designed to promote functional endurance as well as musculoskeletal flexibility and strength. Instructors are certified by the Arthritis Foundation.
