Members enjoy discounts on nearly every class, program, and service the Y offers—everything from Group Ex to Summer Camp! Rates are listed as rate per Y member/rate per non-member across our website and informational fliers.

Member Guest Passes
With your membership, you also receive three free guest passes every calendar year. Use these passes to bring in visiting friends or family to try the Y!

Both branches of the Monroe County YMCA offer a plethora of amenities for you to enjoy, from heated indoor pools and hot tubs to robust free-weight and fitness machine rooms. For a full list of areas, programs, and services available to you, visit our Facility Amenities page.

Play and Learn
If you have a Family Membership, you can take advantage of our free drop-in childcare program, Play and Learn. Our trained, friendly staff will watch and entertain your kids, ages 6 weeks old to 6 years old, while you work out.

The Zone
The Zone is a supervised space for kids ages 7-12 to hang out at the Y while you are exercising. With activities including video games, air hockey, LEGOs, crafts, and more, kids will have a blast while making new friends!

Dozens of our most popular group exercise classes are offered at no additional cost to your membership! From Power Pump to RIPPED to Basic Arthritis Aquatics, these classes will take your exercise routine to a new level by offering a structured workout, an expert instructor, and a community of like-minded individuals.

We highly encourage you to lock up your belongings before you begin your workout. Lockers are available for daily use for free. At our Southeast branch, small lockers can be rented on a monthly or annual basis. You can bring your own lock or purchase a lock at the Welcome Center for $6.

Please note: Unrented lockers locked overnight will be cut open and emptied. The Y is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Wellness Consultation
A complimentary wellness consultation with one of our trained Wellness Supervisors can help you set and achieve your goals. Make an appointment by visiting one of our Welcome Centers.

Fitness Testing
Members looking to establish a baseline in their strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility will be guided through a set of tests by one of our certified Personal Trainers. This is a great starting point to help set goals and learn to monitor your progress.

Personal Training
Receive a one-time complimentary consultation with a Personal Trainer to see what personal training can do for you and learn about training packages.

Vacationing, traveling for work, visiting family—sometimes it's just more convenient for members to use a Y in a different location. YMCA members have the flexibility to use other participating Y facilities throughout the country, at no extra cost!

Nationwide Reciprocity Stipulations:

• Valid for YMCA full-facility/full-privilege members only.
  • Program-only participants may upgrade to a full membership at any time to qualify.
• Y members must have used their "home" branch at least 51% of the time in the past 365 days.
• Visitors of other Ys must present a valid Y membership card & photo ID and complete a visiting member waiver.
• Y members will be treated as regular members at all associations and will be able to register for programs at member rates at any participating facility. Register at the Welcome Center to receive member rates.
